Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
Ingredients and Necessities
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 ghost peppers, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Time
<1 hour.
Step 1 - Roast
Heat oil in a pan and add peppers and onions, stir. When tender, add tomatoes and continue stirring. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 2 - Simmer
Add vinegar, salt and water. Simmer and stir occasionally for 20 minutes.
Step 3 - Process
Transfer contents to a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 4 - Seal
Transfer to a container. Seal and refrigerate a for at least one week for best results.
